ECO Soy Peptone Y005T is a type of peptone produced from soybeans, used as a culture medium for microorganisms, particularly in industrial fermentation applications and research. It provides a source of protein, amino acids, peptides, and trace elements necessary for the growth of microorganisms. 

Using high-quality non-GMO soybeans as raw material, soy peptone is a plant-based peptone extracted from fresh soybeans through enzyme hydrolysis, with no animal-derived ingredients added, and is used for microbial culture.

- Light yellow color, fine powder form, no clumping.

- Has a characteristic product flavor, with no other strange odors.

- Total nitrogen: ≥8.0%
